My 3 children and my better half have been patients at this dental care center for 8 years, we trust their professional work and they are very careful and thorough with our children' s dental care. They treat everyone with respect that they deserve. We are grateful to find a family-oriented dental clinic that is willing to take the extra time to establish proper care and immaculate detail. The office manager is available to answer questions even when she is busy handling multiple patients. I would strongly recommend them due to their level of competence and their drive to continually improve on everything they do. Audrey and Thai are magnificent dentists. I love this dentist because there is no pressure to make small talk during the visit! (Never understood why other places want to make conversation with hands in your mouth.) Very profesional, friendly service and direct, + clear information.

Been coming here for two years now. Above average knowledge as they told me I had been grinding my teeth as I slept which I'd never been told that by other dentists. Professionally run office with low turnover of the staff. They stay on top of their game---you won't be disappointed.

Our entire family have been patients of Dr.Nguyen for many years. They have taken great care of all of us with each person having a varied individual need and personality. Two of my sons are currently recovering Ortho treatment as well and he has been great. He explains everything in detail and his main concern is overall mouth and jaw health. It makes me feel good to know that we are taken care of completely and the staff all know us and I know they genuinely care. One of my children has special needs and he is now an adult but they have always taken time to work with him at his own level and ability. We have been to both the Auburn and Tacoma office and we truly appreciate the kind service we have always received, it is rare to have such a great team and staff that work so well together but they have it there.

I have had 70 years experience with dentistry both as a patient and as a chair side assistant. Most recently I visited Dr Audrey Nguyen DDS. She is the best dentist I have had the pleasure of visiting. She is so gentle and cares deeply about the comfort of her patients. She takes time to discuss cares, concerns and treatment options. A big concern for most people is having to wait endlessly for their appointments...NEVER with Dr Nguyen. She respects her patient's time. I have been seated right after check in at the front desk. The office staff is friendly and professional. The office and the treatment areas are always very clean and well organized. I highly recommend Excellent Dental care for all your dental needs for any age. Thank you.

We entrust the dental care of my family to them, they are good at what they do. Two of my kids have braces through them,explains the process well, very thorough, it’s not just aligning the teeth but the TMJ as well, Dr.Thai knows what he is doing.

If you are looking for a family dentist please look no further. I have been coming here since I was a little girl. I appreciate their diverse staff that are able to speak different languages. This creates a welcoming environment. My siblings had their braces done here and their results are stunning. My semiannual cleaning are always quick but thorough. All of their staff are very professional and they care about making you feel comfortable. I never leave without a smile or feeling like I did not receive a good cleaning. My extended family comes here as well and we are grateful that there are two locations. They work with your schedule. I highly recommend this establishment.

Dr. Thai is great. He explain everything very thoroughly and he also keep me comfortable through out the procedure. The staff is also friendly especially Linnt, she is the best. I would reccomend this place to my family and friends.

I don't really understand the negative reviews. They seem completely out of character. I've been taking myself and my family here for the past two years. They are always very detailed and descriptive in my treatment options and the processes that will take place. They are always willing to work around my schedule, they do a very good job making sure my appointments are confirmed, and they treat me like a friend when I show up for my appointments. I highly reccomend these folks for your dental care needs.

Have been going to this dental care for four years now and it is the best! Been to a couple other dental care places were they would hurt me or do filling poorly but the excellent dental center is by far the best dental care! They are very gental and sweet. Highly recommend this dental care ?

The doctors and staff were absolutely wonderful. They got me in right away and took care of my root canal in record time.
